1. Are Infinitia crystals real? Will they fade or be artificially treated?
Yes. We only use 100% natural crystals.
To keep your bracelet shiny, keep it dry. Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
Do not let it touch chemicals or stay in strong sunlight for a long time.
2. Do crystals really have energy or healing effects?
Crystals are believed to carry natural vibrational energy. While not a replacement for medical treatment, many people wear them for emotional support, grounding, or intention-setting.

Yes – all our bracelets can be custom-sized. If your wrist is smaller or larger than average, just leave a note at checkout or email us after your order.
We will make the bracelet fit your wrist before we ship it.
Note: The bracelet shown fits a 6.3" / 16 cm wrist. For larger sizes, we’ll add extra Clear Quartz beads next to the Blue Rutile Quartz to keep the Morse code design balanced.
4. What if my bracelet doesn’t fit or I’m not happy with it?
We offer a fair and transparent return policy:
✅ Damaged in transit: If your bracelet arrives broken or defective, please send us unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours.
→ We’ll resend it for free or give a full refund – your choice.
✅ Wrong item shipped: If we sent the wrong product (confirmed via order record), we’ll provide a return label (to our China warehouse) and resend the correct item.
❌ Change of mind: We can't cover returns for reasons like "don’t like it" or incorrect size/color unless it was our mistake.
❌ Shipping delays: If shipping takes longer than expected due to courier issues, we’ll provide tracking support, but can't offer refunds.
5. Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to receive my order?
Yes. We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe.
We send all orders in in 2-3 days. Each bead is carefully picked, and every bracelet is made by hand.
Standard shipping takes 3–10 business days, depending on where you live.
