✅ Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery, if one of the following applies:
1. Damaged or Defective Product
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ Required: Clear photos of the damaged item
Solution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
2. Wrong Item Shipped
If you received the wrong product based on your order confirmation:
Solution: We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.
⚠️ Important: All returns must include the original tag attached to the bracelet. We cannot accept returns if the tag has been removed.
❌ What We Don’t Cover
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for reasons such as “don’t like the color,” “wrong size ordered,” or other personal preferences unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping Delays: If your order is delayed due to courier or customs issues, we cannot offer refunds. However, we will provide full tracking support.

- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
💳 Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🛠️ Custom Orders
Custom-size bracelets can be returned or refunded only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Returns for custom items are not accepted for reasons of personal preference.
