1. Are Infinitia crystals real? Will they fade or be artificially treated?
Yes. We only use 100% natural crystals.
To keep your bracelet shiny and long-lasting:
- Keep it dry
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
- Avoid contact with chemicals or long exposure to sunlight
2. Do crystals really have energy or healing effects?
Crystals are believed to carry natural vibrational energy. While they don’t replace medical care, many people wear them for:
- Emotional support
- Focus and grounding
- Setting intentions
Some studies in fields like vibrational therapy suggest crystals can interact with the body’s energy field
3. Can I customize the bracelet size for smaller or larger wrists?
Yes! All bracelets can be custom-sized.
If your wrist is smaller or larger than average, just:
- Leave a note at checkout, or
- Email us after placing your order
We’ll adjust the size before shipping so your bracelet fits perfectly.
4. What if my bracelet doesn’t fit or I’m not happy with it?
We offer a fair and transparent return policy:

✅ Damaged in transit: If your bracelet arrives broken or defective, email us with clear photos within 48 hours.
→ We’ll resend a new one or issue a full refund – your choice. - ✅ Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product (confirmed by order records), we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item.
- ❌ Change of mind: We can’t accept returns if you simply don’t like the color, size, or design – unless it was our mistake.
- ❌ Shipping delays: We are not able to refund due to courier delays, but we’ll support you with full tracking info.
📝 Note: Returned bracelets must have the original tag attached.
5. Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to receive my order?
Yes, we ship to:
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands.
- All orders ship within 48 hours.
- Each bead is carefully selected, and each bracelet is handmade.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 8–10 business days
- Australia: 4–7 business days
- UK & France: 3–5 business days
- Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain, Poland, Netherlands: 6–8 business days
